Villa Marika

Villa Marika is beautifully set on a hillside overlooking the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The villa is located less than 2 km from the charming village of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket, and the SITA bus stop with connections to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello.

The nearest beach is Marina del Cantone, located about 6 km away.

Villa Marika is the perfect holiday home for those seeking peace, privacy, and breathtaking views. The property is located at the end of a narrow rural road (approximately 3 meters wide), surrounded by nature and Mediterranean vegetation.

To stay at Villa Marika, a car is recommended. Guests can park in the private parking area, which accommodates up to four cars. From the parking area, the villa can be reached by going down four small steps.

The Terrace

The main terrace is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the sea. It is equipped with a traditional stone barbecue, a pizza oven, a sink, and a large table with chairs for up to twelve guests.

Part of the terrace is shaded by a tiled canopy, creating a comfortable outdoor living space. It is the perfect place for relaxing meals, gatherings with family and friends, or even cooking classes.

The Rose Corner

The Rose Corner is a charming and peaceful area of the garden. Here you can sit on the stone bench surrounded by countless varieties of roses, admire the sea view, or simply relax while reading a good book with a glass of wine.

The Rose Corner can be reached from the terrace by going down about seven steps, or directly from the first bedroom by going up about ten steps.

The Swimming Pool

The swimming pool measures 3 x 7 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. The pool area, together with the beautifully maintained garden, is truly the highlight of Villa Marika.

The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, parasols, and an outdoor shower, as well as toys for children.

There is also a convenient outdoor bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, located just a few steps from the pool.

From the swimming pool area you can enjoy sun all day long, as well as breathtaking views of the sea, the Gulf of Naples, and the island of Capri — a setting that will make you want to spend most of your holiday relaxing by the pool.

The swimming pool is open from April until the end of October.

The pool can be reached from the terrace by going up about twenty steps.
